  30. OS/2 C-Kermit and MS-DOS Kermit have distinct family trees.  We are
  31. working to bring them together, but this particular issue is difficult,
  32. because there is no way to allow Ctrl-Alt combos to generate unique scan
  33. codes without changing some of the other ones, thus breaking everybody's
  34. current key settings files.

  36. In the future, we'll probably need to have a command that selects among
  37. two or more different scan-code regimens.
